My Thoughts:
Read and Reviewed as Hart’s Passion
Although badly edited I did mostly like this story. I had to struggle through unusual and unnecessary punctuation. Copyright symbols and other characters that were placed in places where they weren’t needed. This problem I found out later had to do with formatting rather than editing.I didn’t like the ending. The story ended in a cliffhanger. Instead of a story of it’s own you have to wait for the next book to find out what eventually happens to our hero and heroine.
Because of the formatting problem I gave this poignant story 3.75 of 5.0 stars for story line and character development and a sensual rating of 2.5 of 5.0 flames.
The intimate scene between our hero and heroine is only a heavy petting one.
I hope the next book is soon ready so we will know our couple’s fate.

Read and Reviewed as Hart’s Desire
This is the second book in this serial type series. Unlike many series, this one needs to be read in order. Otherwise you just don’t get the necessary background and fail to enjoy it to it’s fullest.
I did read the first book and although there were some problems with the formatting, this problem did not carry over to this book.
This one is well written and although we have another cliff hanger ending, this time I know there is more to come in the third and final book in this series.
I gave this book 4.5 of 5 stars for story line and characterization and a sensual rating of 2.5 of 5.0 flames. There is only a hint of an intimate involvement although the cover is sexy the book doesn’t contain a great deal of intimacy.

My Thoughts:
Twice-widowed Finola Tenney Simmons has lost her hard-earned fortune. But she’s devised a scheme to reclaim it from her greedy stepson. All Finola needs is a pretend husband. Unfortunately or possibly fortunately she chooses a man she met briefly, fun-loving Percy, the Captain Lord Granston.
Percy only remembers bits and pieces of his supposed wedding night and truly believes they are married. Although he learns the truth he still agrees to help her.
Can this ruse and pretend marriage lead to true love for this pair?
I can’t seem to get enough of Nancy Yeager’s books. This series has sucked me in and just will not let go.
I gave this latest of the Harrow’s Finest Series 4.8 of 5.0 stars for story line and characterization. These books just keep getting better.
