This is an equally humorous, sad and romantic tale. I love the blend of the magic and reality. It makes you want to believe that faeries exist in our world. It was my first time reading anything by this author but I will be on the lookout for more. It is an excellent example of an adult faerie tale.I had requested an ARC of this book to read but it released and my request had yet to be granted. Then I purchased the book and a couple of days later I found it in my request granted list so I had the book 2 times within a matter of days.
I gave this book 4.75 of 5.0 stars for story line and characterization. The fact I was granted a complimentary copy has no bearing on my review which I gave voluntarily.
This is part of a three book series. The other two books are no longer available in kindle format but can be bought in e-book at other vendors.
